Pay for a 1000-pound batch (credential clothing, mixed rags, or both). Credential clothing is direct from the public — untouched and unsorted. Mixed rags come from thrift stores and institutions. Each 1000-pound batch is priced separately.

We bring your 1000 pounds to a private area where you can sort through everything.

3Keep what you want
Put items you want in the provided blue bin — everything you find is yours to keep. We provide 4 gaylords for leftovers and handle the cleanup.

Want more clothing? Just buy another 1000-pound batch.
Important: You only get access to the pounds you purchase. We can’t guarantee specific items since it’s unsorted — that’s the beauty of it! You get first access. Sessions are 3.5 hours; finish before you leave. No walk-ins.

Questions
What exactly am I paying for?
You’re paying for access to 1000 pounds of clothing that you can sort through and keep whatever you want from that batch. There are no additional charges for the items you keep.
What’s the difference between Credential Clothing and Mixed Rags?
Credential Clothing comes directly from public donations and has not been sorted by anyone. Mixed Rags come from thrift stores or institutions after they’ve gone through their initial sorting process.
Can I purchase less than 1000 pounds?
No. The minimum purchase is 1000 pounds. We only sell in 1000-pound increments. If you want more, you can purchase multiple 1000-pound batches.
Do I have to take all 1000 pounds home?
No! You only take home what you want from your batch. We provide a blue bin for items you want to keep and 4 gaylords (large containers) for items you don’t want. We handle the cleanup of leftover items.
If I select both Credential and Mixed Rags, how much does that cost?
If you select 1000 pounds of Credential AND 1000 pounds of Mixed Rags, that would be 2000 pounds total. Each 1000-pound batch is priced separately. For pricing details, email us at raghouse@tiedemannglobe.com.
Do I need to sort through everything in one session?
Yes. Your booked session (3.5 hours) is when you’ll sort through your batch(es). Once you leave, your session is complete. Plan to finish your sorting during your scheduled time.
Can I bring someone to help me sort?
Yes! You can bring up to 3 people per station. For larger groups (more than 3), please email us at raghouse@tiedemannglobe.com to let us know in advance.
Can you guarantee certain brands or styles?
No. The beauty of this experience is that everything is unsorted - we don’t know what’s in the batches. This gives you first access to everything, but we cannot guarantee specific brands, styles, or sizes. It’s a treasure hunt!
If I buy 1000 pounds does that mean I get access to the entire warehouse?
No. You only get access to the 1000 pounds you purchase. Each batch is separate, and you sort through your own private pile in a designated area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. For cash payments, a non-refundable reservation fee (plus processing fee) is required to secure your spot.
What if I need to cancel?
No refunds are given for cancellations or no-shows. Please be sure of your commitment before booking.
How should I prepare for my session?
Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, closed-toe shoes, and bring work gloves if desired. Make sure you have transportation with enough space to haul your purchases.
Is this the same as the Raghouse.com online inventory?
No. These in-person shopping batches are completely separate from our curated online inventory. The private shopping experience offers raw, unsorted clothing directly from our sources.
Can I just walk in without an appointment?
No. All sessions require a confirmed booking in advance. No walk-ins are allowed. Email us at raghouse@tiedemannglobe.com with the date you want to come in. We’ll confirm by email.
