Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, ensuring that you feel secure and satisfied with your purchases. Here's how it works:
Refunds for packages lost by carriers or after they have left our facility: We are not liable for any issues that occur after the package is handed over to the carrier. In such cases, refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages are not guaranteed through us. The next step would be to reach out to the carrier and connect with them on what they did with your package you ordered.
Pickup Orders: For the convenience of our customers, we offer the option to pick up orders at designated locations. However, it is important to note that pickup orders require a VIP membership at Raghouse. To ensure fairness and manageability, pickups are available every Thursday from 10am - 1pm If an order is not picked up within 15 days of being available for pickup, it will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued. This policy helps us maintain a streamlined operation and manage inventory effectively.
Other Refund Scenarios: For issues not related to shipping, please contact our customer service. We will review each case individually to determine, but know all sales are final these are 1 of a kind items.
