What is Raghouse?

Raghouse is a wholesale vintage and used-clothing store in Phoenix, Arizona, at 806 South 56th Avenue. We are the lot store of Tiedemann Globe Incorporated, a family-run grader that has sorted secondhand clothing here since 1994 — about 50,000 pounds a day, roughly 10 million pounds a year. More than 15,000 resellers, shop owners and online sellers buy lots from raghouse.com.

What am I buying — a lot or a single item?

Both, depending on the listing. Most listings are lots and the title says how many pieces are in them, for example “Unsorted Tees & Tops 39 pcs.” Some listings are singles: one garment priced on its own. Every listing is one of a kind. Once a lot sells it is gone, and we rarely have two of the same thing.

Do I get the exact items shown in the video?

Yes. Every lot is filmed at our Phoenix plant and what you see in the video is what ships. We do not substitute pieces or restock a sold lot with something similar, which is why each listing exists only once.

What does “Recycle” mean in a listing title?

Recycle lots are items with issues — stains, holes, wear or repairs. They are priced for resellers who upcycle, cut or sell at a lower tier. If a title says Recycle, expect flaws and check the video for condition before you buy.

When do you post new inventory?

Every weekday afternoon, Phoenix time, typically around 2:30 PM Arizona time. Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, so that hour does not move with the seasons. Join the list for drop alerts; VIP members see the drop first.

How does shipping work?

We ship UPS and Amazon Shipping. Rates are quoted live at checkout from your real box count and weight, so the price you see is what the shipment actually costs — no flat guess and no invoice afterward. Domestic orders generally arrive in 2–8 business days. Most orders ship as several boxes, each with its own tracking number, and they do not always land on the same day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International buyers are responsible for their own duties, taxes and customs clearance. See the Shipping Information page for current detail before you order.

Can my account be tax-exempt?

Yes, if you are a reseller. Email your business certificate and a resale or exemption certificate for the state where you are registered to raghouse@tiedemannglobe.com. Multi-state forms such as the MTC Uniform Resale Certificate and the SST Certificate of Exemption are accepted, and it is a one-time submission. See Tax-Exempt Accounts.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Lots are one of a kind and are filmed before they sell, so the video is your inspection — watch it before you buy. If a shipment arrives damaged or a box goes missing, contact us and we will work it out.

Can I visit or pick up my order in Phoenix?

By appointment. The building is a working plant with trucks and machinery moving all day, so we schedule arrivals rather than take walk-ins. Arrange a time before you come to 806 South 56th Avenue.

How do the auctions work?

Some lots run as timed auctions. They are collected on the Products on Auction page and you bid from the lot’s own page. Auction lots are the same one-of-a-kind lots as the rest of the store, filmed the same way.

How is Raghouse related to Tiedemann Globe?

Same company. Tiedemann Globe Incorporated grades and exports used clothing, shoes, household textiles and wiping rags in bulk, by the container. Raghouse is its online lot store for resellers who want hand-picked vintage and modern used clothing in smaller, filmed quantities.
