Store credit expires after 4 months. We send credit expiry reminder emails so you always know what's expiring and when — nothing goes to waste.
Can I pick up any order on Thursdays?
Yes — select local pickup at checkout and collect between 10am and 1pm.
How does pallet shipping work?
Once you accumulate 36 boxes, we palletize your order and send you a single shipping invoice — rather than you paying standard carrier rates on each box.

Can I cancel anytime?
