Completely defective

I was sent an entire box of defective belts. This box was NOT a recycle box infact Raghouse had this on auction for $200 but received no bids so they reduced the price to $127. I was looking for belts and the AI concierge introduced me to this box and told me it was discounted. Again this was not listed as a recycle box. What I received was a box with 95% of the belts missing buckles and significant damage to the leather. I have ordered a number of boxes but this will be my last. I was so extremely disappointed with this order, I cannot even believe this was sent to me.

Amazing products, fast delivery, no customer service

I had reached out in regards to my tracking number not being updated for days, as a matter of fact, I got the items already and tracking hasn't been updated yet. I reached out and no response, wish I would of got an ai automating response if anything. When buying large bulk, tracking is important so I can make sure delivery is being handled. With that being said, all the items in the box were in good condition just as described, 1 item is for men, but it can pass as women.

I took a chance

Hats normally sell well for me and they cost around $3 at the thrift. I took a chance on paying $1 a piece for this box. I immediately threw away 18 hats that were just gross. There was only one “NWT” hat and only a Champion womens hat. The others ALL need cleaning and I’m not sure I can clean them but I’m going to google how to and see if I can’t salvage the rest. Won’t purchase this box again but it was worth a try.

Probably won't do a belt one again....

I would imagine this would be a recycled lot bc most of the belts were damaged. Only 20 of the 65 are even sellable and that is really reaching and im hoping for not alot of complaints/refunds. Most of the belts were broken, had peeling, buckles were faded... price was low enough for me to try one of the belt lots but i def was no impressed :(

Quantity Was There, Quality Was Not

The quantity was accurate, but the overall resale value was low. Approximately 80% of the pieces were missing belts, which significantly affects usability. Many of the robes also had embroidered names or bridal party wording, which makes them difficult to resell to a broader audience.
The majority were modern, unbranded polyester or satin styles with limited appeal outside of very low-price sales. This lot is better suited for liquidation rather than curated resale. Clearer representation of missing components and the presence of personalized embroidery would help set better expectations.
