Customer Service Review

We've been ordering from raghouse for a few years now and have many customer experiences we can pull from to submit a review on...none really prompted us to do so until last week when we worked with a new worker that helped us load our order. This young man went beyond to help us load the boxes seeing that we were struggling a bit (my sister and I are older now and in our heads we still have the strength to load some of the heavier boxes). He was the first ever to help us they way he did. His name is Mitch and he deserves a raise.

Fast and Great Selection

I always receive my orders in a timely matter and the selection is great!

great pieces, all good inventory

Amazing selection and great prices. Always able to find what i am looking for. Great customer service.

Lots of gems among recycles!

Thank you for putting so much time and effort in sorting and salvaging these pieces. About 20 percent of this lot is just for recycling, but everything else can be restored with a little TLC! Looking forward to next time!

First order was a total bust being they were recycled. Lost a bunch of money but tried again on a different lot and was a better experience. Only a few pieces that I couldn’t use, but overall I would purchase again. Customer service was active and responded quickly. Shipping is fast too!
