Refund policy
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business model, industry standards for secondhand wholesale textiles, and the AS-IS condition of all used goods:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO RETURNS.
NO REFUNDS.
NO EXCHANGES.
This includes, without limitation, claims based on:

condition
-
quality expectations
-
brand mix
-
authenticity
-
odor
-
wear or defects
-
sizing variance
-
color/pattern/trend expectations
-
inability to resell items
-
dissatisfaction with item assortment
-
misunderstanding of product descriptions
-
buyer’s remorse
Buyer accepts all items in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition, WITH ALL FAULTS.
2. USED GOODS — NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEES
All used clothing and secondhand materials sold by Raghouse are explicitly sold:

AS IS
-
WITH ALL FAULTS
-
WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES
This includes all implied warranties under UCC Article 2, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which Buyer expressly waives.
Raghouse does not guarantee:
-
brand authenticity
-
absence of flaws or defects
-
odor-free items
-
resale success
-
condition consistency
-
accuracy of sorting
-
grading or quality levels
-
any particular mix of sizes, genders, styles, or brands
This is standard for wholesale used clothing, salvage bales, rag lots, and vintage bulk assortments.
3. NEW GOODS — LIMITED WARRANTY (IF APPLICABLE)
Only products explicitly sold as NEW carry a limited merchantability warranty.
If a new item is defective:

Raghouse may, at its sole discretion,
-
replace the item or
-
refund the item price (excluding shipping).
-
This is the exclusive remedy for any new-item defect.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS (STRICT)
4.1 Before Fulfillment
Orders may only be cancelled before they are picked, weighed, or prepared for shipment.
Raghouse may apply a cancellation fee (typically 10–25%) to cover:
-
labor,
-
packaging,
-
payment processing fees,
-
administrative costs.
4.2 After Fulfillment Begins
Once an order enters fulfillment or is packed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
5. REFUNDS DUE TO ERRORS
Refunds may be issued only if Raghouse determines an error occurred such as:
-
duplicate orders caused by a system glitch,
-
order processing errors on our part,
-
a SKU or weight-in error acknowledged by Raghouse.
Raghouse will determine the proper remedy, which may include:
-
partial refund,
-
full refund, or
-
replacement shipment.
Buyer agrees that this remedy is exclusive.
6. REFUNDS FOR INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION
In compliance with the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, Raghouse will evaluate refund requests only in cases of:
-
intentional misrepresentation of goods
-
deliberate falsification of product type
This applies only where Raghouse’s conduct, not buyer expectations, caused the discrepancy.
Dissatisfaction, disagreement with condition, or misunderstanding of used-goods risks does not qualify.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
7.1 Lost Packages
If a carrier marks a package as “Lost,” Raghouse may issue a replacement or refund only after the carrier formally closes the investigation.
7.2 Delivered Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered,” Raghouse:
-
has fulfilled its obligation,
-
is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss,
-
will provide support but does not automatically refund.
Banks generally honor delivery scans as conclusive proof of fulfillment.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Buyer understands all international shipments are 100% at the customer’s risk.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for:

customs delays
-
customs seizure
-
duties/taxes owed
-
destroyed or rejected shipments
-
lost international packages
-
extended transit times
-
inability to import used textiles (local laws vary)
9. GROSS WEIGHT PRICING — NO REFUNDS FOR WEIGHT EXPECTATIONS
Raghouse charges by gross weight, meaning the Buyer pays for:
-
textiles,
-
packaging materials,
-
debris,
-
moisture variance,
-
scale tolerance variance.
Buyer waives any refund claim related to:
-
“missing weight,”
-
“unusable weight,”
-
debris or packing variance,
-
perceived weight differences below 10%.
10. NO REFUNDS BASED ON RESALE OUTCOMES
Raghouse does not guarantee:
-
resale value,
-
profit margins,
-
market demand,
-
style trends,
-
curation quality,
-
brand desirability.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for resale outcomes.
No refunds will be provided due to poor resale performance.
11. CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR REFUNDS
This Refund Policy is contractually binding.
If Buyer initiates a chargeback for reasons prohibited under our Terms, including but not limited to:
-
item condition dissatisfaction
-
used-goods expectations
-
“not as expected”
-
“not worth it”
-
“low resale value”
-
“different brands than expected”
-
shipping delays
-
delivered-but-lost packages
then Buyer is in breach of contract, and Raghouse will treat the chargeback as:
-
chargeback abuse,
-
misuse of the dispute process, and potentially
-
chargeback fraud.
Raghouse reserves the right to pursue:
-
representment with banks
-
collections
-
arbitration
-
civil damages
-
fraud reporting to networks (MATCH/TMF)
12. NO REFUND FOR FAILURE TO READ POLICY
Buyer agrees that failing to read this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, or product descriptions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Failure to understand Used Goods is not the responsibility of Raghouse.
13. REFUND PROCESS — IF APPLICABLE
In the very rare case where Raghouse determines a refund is warranted:

Buyer must submit a claim in writing within 7 days of delivery
-
Provide all supporting documentation
-
Await Raghouse’s evaluation
-
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process
Failure to submit documentation voids the claim.
14. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Buyer agrees that the remedies outlined in this Policy are exclusive and replace all other legal or equitable remedies.
15. POLICY CHANGES
Raghouse reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
