Shipping Time Frame
The delivery time for your order can vary based on several factors, including your location, order day, the collections you've chosen, order size, and the shipping carrier used. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-8 days, depending on these variables.
VIP Member Pickup Option
We're excited to offer an in-person pickup option exclusively for our VIP Members. Pickups are scheduled every Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM. This convenient option will soon be available at checkout for VIP Members. Please note, to pick up your order the same Thursday, orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to allow us time to prepare your items.
Missing Items in Your Order?
If your order arrives with items missing, it's possible that USPS is experiencing delays. Often, the remaining items arrive within 1-2 days. We provide a tracking link for all orders, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. If your order is delayed and you haven't opted for Route protection, the next step is to contact USPS directly. However, if you've chosen Route Package Protection, you can file a claim with Route for a refund should your items not arrive.
