Everything was as pictured! And shipping was so fast! I received my order within 3-4 days! Very happy with my purchase :)
Great selection of apparel to choose from!
I have been a customer for several years now and I am always happy with the clothing I order from them.
Always helpful and very nice customer service.
To sum up my review, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
In detail, I liked the online store. You can chose from a variety of different bundles, each listing having a video showing all the items included as well as the weight of the package. You can get everything for a relatively good price and have it shipped right to your door. The shipping includes not only tracking, but also the option to add protection in case or damage, lost or thief for a dollar. My shipping was also fast, trackable and reliable.
The downsides I found where that there isn't a possibility to get information on the size of the clothing. Essentially, it's a gamble if the clothes will fit or not. Also, even if the prices for the clothes a really affordable, the shipping isn't as much. Obviously, this depends on the weight and the location of the destination, but it's better to keep that fact in mind then to not know at all. Also, most likely because of the size and weight of my package, the box had burst during transport and was taped back up and put in a protective plastic bag. The dresses themselves luckily didn't suffer any damage, except for one who got sticky residue stuck to if from being in direct contact with the tape, but a sturdier box would have been nice.
Overall, I like the business and the idea behind it. I will most likely come shop here again, but I would like the site to start showcasing the size of the clothes and to put a bit more care in their packaging, especially for big and heavy boxes traveling long distances.
*Edit: The store has responded to my concerns with reasonable and logical explanations. The fact that they have to sort through a lot of inventory, the clothes might have damages tags, the production speed and quality they wish to give out, it's understandable as to why they can't give out the size of the clothing. As for the shipping, they have informed me that they are transitioning to a new method that should offer better protection and potentially reduce shipping costs. I'm happy to receive a response from the store after my initial review. I will move my rating up from 4 to 5 stars, since the store seem to genuinely listen to feedback and try to improve themselves over time.
Very good quality will buy more
Amazing vintage wholesale suppliers
I’ve been purchasing from Raghouse for over 10 years. I’ve been happy with the quality of their clothes and prices as re-seller. I wish they were in California! Those shipping prices are ridiculous. But I am still able to price my items so it covers shipping and I’m able to make a profit. And I always have amazing fashion on my racks. When any issues arise. The customer service is amazing. I love Amy!! Wait is everyone named Amy? 🤣🤣🤣. I just noticed yesterday that your AI is named Amy. Well anyway, the entire Raghouse staff named Amy is amazing. ❤️❤️❤️
My latest box was vests and 80's tops and they are great filler pieces for my brick and mortar shop.
The skirts were great and fun colors. The shipping was fast. The customer service is outstanding.
another great bundle purchase, exactly as advertised and great service.
I've made three purchases for my in-home boutique. I have been so pleased with the quality and condition of the items. The resale profit margins have been great. I will continue to buy from Raghouse and am considering the VIP Membership.
