    Choose your preferred 4-hour block: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

What's the difference between Credential Clothing and Mixed Rags?
Credential Clothing consists of untouched donations direct from the public. These items haven’t been sorted by us or come from thrift stores, giving you first access to potential premium finds. Mixed Rags are clothing from thrift stores or institutions, offering great variety at a lower price point.
Can I purchase less than 1,000 lbs?
Our minimum purchase requirement is 1,000 lbs. You’ll sort through all 1,000+ lbs and can take as much or as little as you want, but you’ll purchase the total weight. This system allows us to offer the best wholesale pricing while ensuring an efficient process.
How do I prepare for my shopping session?
Come prepared with comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, closed-toe shoes, and work gloves if desired. Bring your own transportation with enough space to haul your purchases. You may want to bring helpers if you plan to purchase a large volume.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. You’ll let us know the amount of pounds you want before your visit.
Once we pick out clothes we want, do we pay for them again after the 1000 pound purchase?
You only pay for the 1000 pounds. You can also get more than 1000 pounds if you want, but we only offer 1000-pound increments. So if you want more, you would be buying another 1000 pounds—we don’t do 1250, for example.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you can bring someone with you to help. Please email raghouse@tiedemannglobe.com if bringing more than 4 people.
When it asks me what I would like to shop for and how many pounds of each, is that what I am paying for? So if I were to say I want 1000 lbs of credential and 1000 lbs of mixed rags, I would have to pay upfront for all of that but only take what I want to keep?
Yes, in your example, you would pay upfront for the 1000 pounds of Credential Clothing and 1000 pounds of Mixed Rags. This upfront payment confirms your session and allows us to prepare the sorting area, ensuring all the clothing is ready for your arrival. Once you’ve paid, we’ll bring the purchased pounds to your designated area. You can then sort through everything and decide what to keep—whether that’s all of it or just a portion—based on the value you find. The choice is yours, as the clothing belongs to you once purchased.
