How we ship
We ship UPS and Amazon Shipping. Rates are quoted live at checkout from your actual box count and weight, so what you see is what the shipment really costs — no flat guess, and no surprise invoice afterward.
Delivery time
Domestic orders generally arrive in 2–8 business days depending on your location, the day you order, and how many boxes your order fills.
Multiple boxes
Most RagHouse orders ship as several boxes. Each box gets its own tracking number and they do not always arrive on the same day. If part of your order lands first, the rest is usually a day or two behind.
International orders — duties and import taxes
Duties, import taxes, VAT/GST and customs brokerage fees are not included in the shipping price you pay at checkout. They are charged by the carrier to the person receiving the shipment, and are due on delivery.
Your shipping charge covers transportation only. What your country charges to import used clothing is set by your government, not by us, and we cannot quote it in advance.
Please also check your own country's rules before ordering. Some countries restrict or prohibit importing used textiles, and shipments that customs refuses cannot be refunded.
VIP pallet shipping
VIP members ordering 20 boxes or more can ship by pallet, which is meaningfully cheaper than parcel rates at that volume.
VIP member pickup
VIP members can pick up in person on Thursdays, 10 AM to 1 PM. Place your order at least 48 hours ahead so we can have it ready.
