Once the carrier marks an order as:
-
“Delivered”

“Delivered – no signature required”
the order is legally considered delivered.
All risk transfers to Buyer at this point.

Raghouse is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
4.3 Misdelivery
If the carrier confirms delivery to the address Buyer provided, Raghouse has fulfilled its obligation.
Buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
5. SIGNATURE REQUIRED SHIPMENTS
Raghouse may require signature confirmation for large or high-value orders.
If Buyer declines signature requirements:
-
Buyer assumes all risk of loss or theft
-
Buyer waives refund or reshipment claims

A package is considered lost only when the carrier issues an official “Lost Package” determination.
Raghouse may, at its discretion:

All orders are weighed using commercial warehouse scales.

-
Buyer waives claims related to:
-
perceived “missing weight”
-
unusable or damaged items included in weight
-
debris or packaging weight
-
moisture variance
-
Gross weight includes:
-
product
-
debris

If Buyer files a dispute related to:

pursue arbitration or collections
-
classify the dispute as chargeback abuse
14. POLICY ACCEPTANCE
