I bought almost 400 pieces in my first order and was happy with shipping time, price of items, and quality was good for the most part. Next time I’ll avoid any denim, most of the denim I got was not worth listing and the stains wouldn’t come out. Still happy with what I got for the price. Needed a large amount for summer season.

Of course, some items are scratched or stained, but overall the selection is very good, and including shipping costs, one piece is usually cheaper than going to a thrift store, so I'm considering buying a variety of items here in the future!

Fast Shipping, Good Prices, Quality Pieces Mixed with Flawed Pieces-- I was excited to place my first order from RagHouse to help stock my resell inventory. Shipping was fast and the prices were extremely reasonable. I was slightly disappointed to find that in both of my bundles the number of flawed/stained/damaged clothing was substantial-- about 55%. One bundle was "recycle" so that was anticipated, but the other was not labeled as recycle. I am happy with the EUC pieces and will try to upcycle the damaged, but it is something to keep in mind when buying! I

Just to clarify for others reading — Recycle items (like the Y2K Jackets you ordered) are sold at deep discounts because 100% of those pieces are expected to have flaws or issues. So if you found that only around 55% were flawed, that's actually better than advertised — and we love that you're upcycling the rest! 🙌
Your second box (Y2K Sweaters) is not a recycle item, and while it’s a higher grade, minor wear can still be present since everything we sell is pre-owned.
